Stockist Spotlight: TEALS!
Our retailers are such an important part of the eatsleepdoodle family! So, to celebrate these amazing partners, we're putting a big, bold spotlight on one of our fantastic stockists – the wonderful TEALS in Somerset!
In this edition of our 'Stockist Spotlight', we're taking you on a creative journey to the heart of Somerset. TEALS is a vibrant canvas of community spirit and passion for quality and local produce. We had the pleasure of chatting with one of the brilliant founders of TEALS, Ash Sinfield, to get the inside scoop of what makes TEALS such a special place.
In this highlight, we'll explore their story, delightful offerings, and why they’re an essential part of the eatsleepdoodle family. Get ready to be inspired as we take you on a journey through the wonderful world of TEALS!
Tell us a bit about your shop!
We are a food market and restaurant located on the A303 at Sparkford. Myself (Ash) and my husband Nick opened TEALS in 2021, as a canvas to celebrate local food and people.
Alongside our restaurant focusing on local produce and goodness, we sell food, butchery, cheese, food to go, and gifts!
Describe your shop in three words!
Joyful, delicious, for everyone!
What’s your favourite thing about running a shop?
My favourite thing about running a shop has to be watching customers discover new local products. Or when customers taste wonderful food with us!
In between the busy moments, what can we find you doing?
When I have a free moment, I often find myself browsing our new product displays. If not, you’ll find me watching customers explore the store from the gallery bookshop.
What's your favourite colour and why?
Teal! (The reason is obvious!)
What’s your favourite eatsleepdoodle product and why?
Our favourite eatsleepdoodle product is anything from the world map collection! We love that it gives kids a sense of adventure!
What do you and your customers love most about eatsleepdoodle?
I would say discovering a new and creative product for kids that is sustainable and reusable!
If you could make your own colour-in gift, what would it be?
I think a t-shirt for kids would be great! Perhaps with animals or diggers on.
Where can people find you?
You can find us just off the A303 at Sparkford at:
